Our dedicated support team members are labour management experts and committed to assisting your business. Please help them help you use S4 by including as much detail as possible when raising support tickets, either through the “Support” widget on S4 or by sending an email to email@example.com.
To support you most efficiently, we need to know exactly who you are, where you’re based, and the nature of your query explained as fully as you can. If you are making a request that needs to be approved by someone else in your organisation, please remember to copy them in to an email to us. The “Support” widget on S4 also includes a helpful tool for attaching screenshots of the pages on which you are working.
