Location: Banbury

Job purpose:

  • To develop, manage, execute and measure an effective marketing plan to support the growth of our products in the Leased and Tenanted sector to over £1m within three years
  • To support the Product Manager and Sales team

Role description

  • Devise and implement a marketing plan for the single site division in line with overall
    business objectives to improve sales performance and brand awareness
  • Gain market understanding in order to utilise the optimum style and types of media that the audience best engages and responds to, for example:
    Events and Exhibitions
    Webinars and Seminars
    PR
    Social Media
    Email marketing
    Thought leadership articles
    Blogging
    Customer feedback
  • Competitor analysis; keeping abreast of ‘competitor’ marketing initiatives and responding accordingly
  • Manage all marketing activity both online and traditional, in accordance with your plan in time and budget with a ‘test and learn’ approach
  • Track and measure as much activity as possible, to analyse successes and use this intel to improve future campaign performance
  • Measure ROI where possible to ensure optimum use of budget for maximum return

Beneficial qualifications, experience, skills, key competencies and personal qualities

  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally B2B marketing experience
  • Excellent understanding and experience of full-mixed marketing particularly in Events
    Management, PR, Copy-writing, Social Media, Email Marketing, Blogging, videos
  • Enjoys the challenge of a varied role, able to prioritise and excellent organisational skills
  • Experience working autonomously, as well as in collaboration with a wider marketing team
  • Excellent at building relationships internally, motivating others to deliver on your projects
  • Excellent at building relationships with customers and confident at influencing and
    persuading in a diplomatic manner
  • Quick learner, go-getter attitude, wants to be part of a growing team and have a long term career
  • Degree level in Marketing or any related field
  • Advantageous to have experience in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Google Analytics
  • Advantageous to have sold to the sector previously

Department: Product – Single Site

Location: Office based 2 days a week with occasional travel

Reporting to: CPO

Direct Reports: None – although negotiable, likely to be included in the future.
