Job Purpose:

As a Product Manager, your role is to develop a market-leading HR product for hospitality businesses of all sizes. You will create specifications for developers, provide product updates to the internal team and our customers.

Role Description

  • The product manager will want to drive customer retention by ensuring that we have the right HR
    functionality and the usability is market-leading at all levels
  • Create the roadmap and strategy for the HR product
  • Grow sales through existing customer base and create new customer opportunities
  • Ensure an appropriate project methodology is utilised on-site across all projects and conduct appropriate reviews where necessary to ensure effective project governance is observed at all times
  • Work closely with system developers by writing function specifications, testing and rolling out new
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales dept to build a portfolio of marketing material designed
    specifically for upgrading the customer
  • Deliver exceptional and compelling demonstrations of the system
  • Provide insight from the HR industry to aid development
  • The product manager will be the expert in the product and will keep internal teams up to date with all developments

Beneficial qualifications, experience, skills, key competencies and personal qualities

  • Good working knowledge of HR platforms
  • Competent IT skills (MS Office, CRM)
  • At least 2 years’ experience managing within the HR function
  • Demonstrable understanding of employment policies following the current laws and regulations
  • Demonstrable managing multiple projects gained within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in using HR systems to gain insight, challenge business performance and influence change
  • Friendly, helpful, with a desire to deliver excellent customer service
  • Full clean driving licence


  • Circa 40k – 50k basic salary depending on experience
  • Full or Part-time Minimum of 3 days
  • Flexible working
  • Location: Mix of office (Banbury/ Birmingham) and home working with occasional travel
